Imagine a space that is an abstract interior made from paper. Humans and animals are small, big, short, have one arm, two legs, use a cane, we stand we sit, and we are constantly changing. Through analysing the bodies movement, there is always one thing we had in common. How we are held together. We are supported by our bones which create a shape that out skin lays on top on. I took this assignment in the direction which is that not one element is ever the same the second time around, but the gesture as a whole, the continues hidden movement is always there, and forming a second layer of skin (like the snake shedding) captures what we take for granted everyday that defines our movement.
